Our three-story walk-up design means your entryway is shared by only five neighbors, and all apartments have private front and back doors. The courtyards behind every building provide beautiful views from the apartments and give residents plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors during nice weather. You'll frequently see neighbors grilling, playing Frisbee, or reading on a blanket in the Minnesota sun.
